The Swimming Pool industry has changed drastically since our beginning and quite honestly so have we. After having survived the recession through 2010 and managing necessary downsizing into a leaner construction company I thought I knew the direction my company was heading. Irony played a role in what lay ahead because downsizing apparently prepared my company for growth.
